Traditional oncology treatments successfully target the bulk of a tumor but often fail to address cancer cell plasticity—the ability of tumors to dynamically adapt, hide, and resist treatment.

  • The Problem: Tumors hijack biological processes like Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) to create Cancer Stem Cells (CSCs). These dormant, highly resilient cells survive frontline therapies and are the primary drivers of drug resistance, early relapse, and aggressive organ metastasis.

  • The Solution: Rather than simply reducing tumor mass, Cellyxa’s precision therapeutics selectively disrupt the validated molecular drivers of stemness. By completely eradicating CSCs and inhibiting their immune evasion, we aim to destroy the "seeds" of the disease.

  • Precision Diagnostics: Our therapeutic approach is paired with first-in-class predictive diagnostics. By tracking novel biomarkers, we can accurately identify patients who will respond best to stemness-targeted therapies, ensuring the right treatment reaches the right patient.
